Reik neer naar het centrum
waar de wereld niet ronddraait
en neem deze heilige vrede op.

Voel opluchting elke cel overspoelen.

Niets te doen.
Niets te zijn buiten wat je nu al bent.
Niets te ontvangen
buiten wat zonder inspanning stroomt
van mysterie naar vorm.

Niets om van weg te lopen of naartoe te lopen.
Enkel deze adem,
gewaarzijn zichzelf kennend als belichaamd zijn.
Enkel deze adem,
gewaarzijn dat ontwaakt in waarheid.

awareness knowing itself as embodiment.
